Weekly Walk-through


The Walk-through of your unit will be performed once a week. You will receive through email a full and detailed check-list showing what is functioning and what is not at the villa. The Weekly Walk-through is performed to avoid any kind of situation that could affect your property while you are away. Target: Avoid any kind of situation that may cause damages to your villa (as mold, water leaks, termites, moth, a/c not working, etc…). Areas and items that will be checked include but are not limited to: Floor & floor covering, walls & ceilings, doors, doors lock(s) & hardware, lighting fixtures, windows coverings, TV and cable box/remote, smoke alarm, cabinets/inside drawers, counters and surfaces, stove/burners, controls, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink & plumbing, garbage disposal, fire extinguisher, sinks & plumbing, bath tub/showers, toilets, closet, including doors & tracks, heating system, air conditioning, hallways, and terraces.




Weekly House Refresh


Consists of sweeping and moping floors, vacuuming, dusting, kitchen inspection, wipe down surfaces, mirrors, dusting windows, eliminating cob webs, refreshing the towels for the next day, terrace sweep and cleaning.

Our team: • Cleans and wipes doors, walls, windows, closets and fixtures in rooms, common areas, hallways and bathrooms. • Deep bathroom cleaning and toilet stains, wash shower walls and tub, clean toilets, clean mirrors, sinks and walls for a clean and sanitary guest restrooms. Grout cleaning. Shine hardware. • Mold removal, stains, scents. • Replaces towels, soaps and all room amenities. • Vacuums rooms, common areas and hallways. • Carpet shampoo. • Washes all hard floor areas to remove dirt and soiled areas. • Dusts and polishes all furniture, fixtures and wall hangings reaching vents, air ducts and ceiling corners to remove dust and cobwebs. • Strip beds of all linen and remakes with fresh, checking bedspread, blankets and bed pads for cleanliness, replacing if soiled. Removing stains on wall paint. Pressure hose cleaning of terrace. Furniture movement to clean in hard to reach places. Removing items from cabinets and drawers for thorough cleaning of hard to reach places. Strip beds of all linen and remakes with fresh, checking bedspread, blankets and bed pads for cleanliness, replacing if soiled.
